I’m not a jumpsuit girl. I say that with the utmost admiration for them as I do think they are stunning and I wish I was a jumpsuit girl, but I’m not. That being said, there is something very empowering about wearing one that gives you the powerful feeling of the pant suit but femininity of details like an open back or plunging neckline. So today I bring you my one and only jumpsuit to kick off the week with that #GirlBoss feeling.
When I say I’m not a jumpsuit girl I mean I love them but I don’t buy them because I just won’t wear them. I’m more of a dress girl and I just don’t love that you have to practically strip naked if you need to pee in one of these things. But when I pull this on, I feel focused and in control and like an executive at a Fortune 500 company, and I mean, who doesn’t like that?? So if you do wear jumpsuits and play suits I would definitely recommend adding this one to your wardrobe.
On another note, this year has been all caps CRAY for me and my life and it looks like more change is on the horizon. I don’t have many details now but at least this time around the change is somewhat exciting and not painful. As a classic Sagittarius I love adventure and going and doing new things, so in these next few months I may have some news to share. I know that’s cryptic AF but I don’t have any solid facts and details right now so we are both just going to have to wait haha
So how was your weekend? Do anything fun or was it a weekend in? Jesse took me on a date night that was so special for multiple reasons (like that he made an actual reservation for dinner and planned a fun activity after wihch makes this planner so excited and impressed ) and we got to sit and talk about us. Jesse and I have a unique relationship, but I think every couple hits that point where you need to have that talk where you lay everything out on the table and talk things through together. Communicating like that with him makes me feel closer to him and like I can count on him, so it was an evening to remember for me.
I can’t believe we only have 2 and a half months left of 2017 and we are definitely in “holiday season”!! You know where Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas all roll into the next and leave no room for regular days? I’m excited for the holidays this year and things to come, and maybe, just a little, excited to put 2017 behind me.
Thank you so much for reading and have a great week!
