Bright Dress with Pink Accents

Happy President’s Day! I have today off from my office job which means I get to create some new OPS content and enjoy this long weekend with my main man. Did you get today off as well? What are you up today??

I love this dress. My mom actually picked it out for me years ago and I love the fit and flare shape which looks best on me, but the color? I don’t own a single thing that is bright like this. I kept the dress for over a year before I wore it the first time and now it’s one of my favorite. I guess mother knows best.. Lol

The first time I wore it was to a date night out with my guy and to my surprise I broke so many necks that night this dress quickly made it into the “treasured and keeping forever” section of my mental closet.

This time I added a pair of lace up heels and a clutch that pull the pink from the dress and belt making this look more bright and colorful. I actually didn’t try this on before taking it to shoot and though I love color, sometimes if it’s too loud I can feel a little uncomfortable. Luckily I felt so good in this look it was probably my favorite from the day. Babe, if you’re reading this… you could totally ask me on a date night, I got an outfit in mind Lol

Jesse and I are still working on our Mcmenamin’s passports (you collect stamps at each location and get free food and prizes!) and enjoying their burger month as an excuse to eat a lot of saturated fats and gluten on a weekly basis

Thanks for reading and spending some time with me! If these look post inspire you to be more creative in your own daily looks let me know! Leave a comment and let me know if you would wear this bold color!
